Description:

Sealed proposals will be received by Randolph County in Asheboro NC, in the Randolph County Historic Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 145 Worth Street, Asheboro NC 27203 to 3:00 pm Tuesday April 19, 2022 and immediately thereafter publicly opened a read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the below reference project. Doors will open at 2:00pm to the bidding space.

The project consists of approximately 7,300sf building renovation that is for the Owner’s use. Renovation consists new metal stud & gypsum walls, new carpet tile, stained conc. flooring, new ceiling tile/grid, new interior & exterior doors/frames, and new aluminum windows. The renovation includes complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical system replacement. Site work is limited to exterior stairs/ramps. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Tuesday April 5, 2022 --- 3:00pm ---- Project Site, 1509 N. Fayetteville Street, Asheboro, NC 27203. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
