Description:

The City of Portales is requesting Proposal’s from qualified offerors to provide services for Portales/Roosevelt County DWI for a Teen Court Coordinator/DWI Prevention Specialist to provide coordination, planning and evaluation and to implement and conduct program efforts in the area of prevention, with the Teen Court Coordinator tasks and DWI Prevention Specialist tasks being split fifty-fifty (50/50). 

The City of Portales is the Fiscal Agent for the Portales/Roosevelt County DWI Grant Program. The Teen Court Coordinator/DWI Prevention Specialist will be an independent contractor of the City of Portales.

The Teen Court Coordinator/DWI Prevention Specialist, working with the DWI Program Coordinator, will follow the requirements of the Grant as well as advice from Roosevelt County/City of Portales DWI Task Force to focus on DWI prevention efforts in Roosevelt County.  The Teen Court Coordinator/Prevention Specialist will achieve all deliverables on or before deadline as defined in the Scope of Work (SOW) of the Grant and submit copies as required by the Grant to the Grant and to the City Manager.
