Question: For the Ethics training, in the past only the owner, Robert Lopez, and myself, Kristin Norton, the Towing manager have completed the training. Is this still sufficient or are you asking that the tow drivers complete it also?
Response: Hello, The Ethics needs to be completed by a "Key" employee. If you have more than one Key employee then yes they should all take the test. Thank you

Question: Our Storage Lot was inspected by the Building Inspector in 2017 is that letter sufficient for that requirement ? We haven't changed anything since then.

Question: Under the "Certificate of Authority" does the form need to be notarized prior to submitting the bid?
Response: New Answer - If they do not have the ability to affix it electronically as long as they have the certificate of corporate authority it is still all set.
