Description: Sealed bids for the Cone Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements will be received from Contractors by the City of Prattville, Alabama (Owner) at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, Alabama until 10:00 A.M., the prevailing time, on May 23, 2019, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read. In general, the project includes, but is not limited to: sanitary sewer replacement along Cone Street in Prattville, AL. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.  No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving the bids.
