Alabama A&M University
(“University”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide the Electronic
Media Communications Department with one (1) radio automation system to include
software and the hardware necessary to run its application(s). The radio automation system offered must meet
all of the technical specifications provided in this bid package. Bidders are recommended to quote
the most cost effective radio automation system their company offers that meets
the requirements provided.
Bidders
should provide a quotation of the equipment requested on the official proposal
sheet found in this bid package. Bidders
should include in their bid response a full detailed specification of the radio
automation system proposed to provide inventory item number(s), functionality,
capabilities, system integration compatibility information, etc. as attached
documents.
