Description: Safe Connections is requesting consultants prepare design plans for 40 Beal Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Please reference the attached drawing, which specifies building modifications needed to meet the requirements of Safe Connections. The total square footage of the building is 2800. The consultant should provide the following details regarding the modification and how it can be constructed:
• Removal of existing and Installation of new HVAC system- adding new wiring/duct work, as needed.
• Removal of existing bathrooms and Installation of ADA Compliant bathrooms
• Removal of existing flooring and installation of new flooring
• Addition of building walls to allow for privacy during meetings
• The consultant shall include a total budget for the construction cost.
