Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2025 for the purpose of grass mowing services on City owned properties and properties on City right-of-way.
