Please respond no later than 10:30 am Oct 29, 2020 and include your response on our forms, the attached required legal forms, and a sample via mail. Due to the requirement for a sample, electronic/digital response will NOT be accepted. Thank you.
No late bids will be accepted. The District reserves the right to consider bids that have been determined by the District to be received late due to mishandling by the District after receipt of the proposal and no award has been made. Portage Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities. If in the District’s opinion it is in their best interest, awards may be made to other than the lowest bidder, for reasons of establishing uniformity, quality, delivery time, etc.
