Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for repairs to the Pearl Street Parking Garage. The Parking Garage was constructed in 1988 and has three levels with a total of 287 parking spaces. The structure is constructed with a cast in place concrete frame and pre-cast concrete tee beams, that form the parking deck and has two, three-story stairways with an exterior brick veneer that in need of masonry repairs. The City is seeking to repair the grout pockets and sealant joints of all pre-cast parking deck and walls. Please see bid specifications and plans for a more detailed and itemized description and unit count of work. DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Masonry.
