SCOPE
1.
The
purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to select a vendor for Designated
Student Transportation (Taxi/Cab) Services wherein the awarded vendor shall
safely transport students, aides and possibly parents to various districts or
other locations throughout St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, St. Louis counties and
possibly other area in a timely manner.
2.
Routes
will vary during this agreement. There is no guarantee of any “permanent routes”.
3.
This
agreement is for three (3) years beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2022.
This agreement may be extended for an additional year up to two years if both
parties agree and there are no price increases.
