Description: The City of Willard is accepting sealed bids to provide “Construction of a new Concessions Building” at the REC Center, 233 N. State Hwy Z, Willard, MO. A pre-bid meeting is required before any bid can be submitted. Contact Jennifer Rowe, City Clerk at 417-742-5302 or JC Loveland, Parks Director at 417-742-5381 for further information. Proposals will be opened January 20, 2017 in the council chambers at 3:00 p.m. The proposal will be reviewed to determine the appropriate bidder. An award recommendation will be presented to the Board of Aldermen on January 23, 2017. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
