Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the purchase of property located in the Santa Rosa Industrial Park East (SRIPE). Approximately 5 (five) acres of land located at SRIPE is up for bid. The use of said land will be limited to manufacturing /industry use with the employment of a minimum number of at least 10 new employees, and have a capital investment of $600,000.
