Description: This project is intended to result in the preparation of an update to the City’s existing Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Plan. Both of these plans will establish a blueprint that illustrate the existing and potential public and private sector opportunities in the CRA and downtown areas of the City. The City’s CRA was created almost 40 years ago in 1977 and this update of the CRA plan will continue to improve strategies that promote reinvestment and revitalization within the community.
