Question: Is the quantity of 691 an estimate for the complete contract (4 one year renewals included) or just for the initial contract which will be till December 31st?
Response: 2.13 - States that only if applicable, there will be a contract. This RFP is only for the purchase of equipment and does not justify a contract.

Response: This will be a commodity sale.

Response: No we do not need installation included.

Question: • Has a site survey been done? Although the bid document indicates that a site visit isn’t mandatory, we do have to signify that we’ve seen the sites and understand the conditions under which the work will be performed. Still not sure if install is required.

Question: Are you looking for LED or Laser Projectors? (Both are considered Bulb-less) Can you specify the Brightness and Resolution of the required projector?
Response: You may offer either option. The ones we are looking for are around 3200 to 3500 lumens and 1080P
