Question: Hello, Would this be a multiple-year contract or a one-time purchase? If it is a one-time purchase, what is the quantites for the requested Chromebooks?
Response: This RFP is to check on pricing for ongoing purchases. We would only redo our RFP under the following situations. 1. Last RFP is 3 years old 2. Price increase is more than the allowed amount specified in the RFP 3. Support issues that are not being resolved in an acceptable manner or time frame.

Response: Yes, however, you may provide pricing for other warranty options so we can evaluate TCO

Question: Microsoft’s Shape the Future (STF) program will provide better pricing to you than Windows Home. If interested, can you please provide a Microsoft Letter of Eligibility (LOE) form?
Response: Please quote with whatever licensing will provide the best price. If you are awarded the RFP, we will then provide the LOE.

Response: We currently have non-touch, but wouldn't mind seeing pricing for both.

What applications will be utilized on the standard desktop? Do you prefer a touch or non-touch device for the teacher laptop? Are any monitors needed for the desktops? If so, what specifications (resolution, size, etc.) would you require? Microsoft’s Shape the Future (STF) program will provide better pricing to you than Windows Home. If interested, can you please provide a Microsoft Letter of Eligibility (LOE) form? Will an Intel equivalent processor be accepted for any/all of the models?
