Description:

The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified
contractors for the purpose of providing weekly and biweekly grounds maintenance services
performed during the months of March through November for the Parks and Recreation
department, hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICES”. The services to be done consists of
furnishing all materials, labor and equipment necessary to perform ground maintenance
services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, blowing, and weed trimming, at the
locations specified in the bid document.

Question: I have two questions/concerns after I visited each property on Sunday, January 31. 1) I want to make sure I visited the correct Dupree Rd property. Is it an empty lot with no home, Bushes, etc. and only a concrete drive? 2) The RFP calls for bi-weekly shrub trimming. Is this for every property? I want to give the most accurate quote possible for each location. Thank you.

Response: Yes sir that is the correct Dupree location And any property with shrubs would be expected to be maintained

Response: The parks are open from 7am-11pm, but they would have to follow City noise ordinances.
