Type of Addition: In Review
Question 1
Posted: 3/28/2022
Question: Is Wentzville R-IV currently contracted for these services and if so, will you please provide the current transportation agreement?
Response: We are currently contracted with Jaeger Transportation as the primary provider and EMT as the secondary provider. Last bid award is posted as Addendum 1
Question 2
Posted: 3/28/2022
Question: Regarding the Worker Registration for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Family Care Safety Registry: This registration appears to be for employees, not for employers to register. Can you clarify what action is needed on our part for this requirement? Are we to provide documentation that all drivers have completed this registration? Is there an employer registration for this site that must be completed?
Response: The company would need to contact FCSR directly at (866) 422-6872 and they'll walk them through the process of getting registered as a provider. The company would have to provide the link to the registry for their employee and pay for the background check. The employee would have to complete the registry. After the background check is completed then a letter would be provided to the company which would then need to be forwarded to the Wentzville School District. (This is separate from the FBI background check)
Question 3
Posted: 3/28/2022
Question: Would you consider alternative pricing proposals such as flat daily rates?
Response: We would not consider alternative pricing proposals.
Question 4
Posted: 3/28/2022
Question: How many routes are currently operating?
Response: Based on the number of families that need transportation it varies throughout the year. We've had as few as 5-10 per week and would not estimate that we would have more than 25-30.
Question 5
Posted: 3/30/2022
Question: Is the district experiencing any issues with their current vendor(s)? If so, what types of issues/concerns?
Response: We are currently experiencing issues with routes being filled by both current vendors.
