Description: The purpose of this project is to provide drainage improvements to the city of Adams, TN, along Woodruff Road. This will commence 2300 feet west of the intersection of Woodruff Road and South Adams Street and continue in the westward direction along Woodruff Road for approximately 550 feet. All construction will conform to the standards and specifications of the City of Adams and the State of Tennessee.
