Description:

The El Monte Union High School District, Purchasing Department, is seeking bids for E-Rate Year 24, to furnish the District with network equipment.  Procurement for Year 24 is anticipated to take effect July 1, 2021.  The resultant unit rate requirements contract, if awarded, will be for an initial fifteen (15) month period. The District reserves that the billable services approved for funding shall not begin until July 1, 2021.

Bidder is hereby invited to submit to the District a bid to furnish all of the labor, materials, and any other related items required for performance under the subject IFB. The IFB designation number Bid No. 2021-22(B1) must be inscribed upon the face of the submission package and submitted through Vendor Registry. All bids must be submitted via Vendor Registry no later than 10:00a.m. local time on February 12, 2021.  Bids received after that time will not be considered.
