Description: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a Broker of Record for Employee Health Insurance. The Proposer must be registered with the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance, with a line of authority for Accident and Health, or Sickness, Life. The Proposer must be knowledgeable in negotiating fees with insurance vendors, skilled at developing, analyzing, and interpreting a variety of data and management reports. Must be able to provide clear, concise trend analysis and shall have a demonstrated history with the ability to provide accurate and timely responses.
