Description: The City of Lakeland is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications from firms in connection with the City’s Highway 70 and Seed Tick Road traffic signal project. Award of the market data and appraisal services contract will be based on qualifications of the firm in consideration of the following factors:
• Appraiser has no interest in the property, nor be related to, nor in business with anyone having an interest, or an apparent interest, in the property to be acquired;
• Be qualified, reputable, and professional;
• Belong to a professional organization that has a code of ethics and provide a current license; and
• Have previous experience in doing similar types of market data brochures and appraisals as will be required by the project.
Attached are the property locations and type of easements the project will consist of.
