Overview: Thank you to all firms that responded to the City of Avondale's Request for Qualifications for IT Fiber Infrastructure Design Services. The City of Avondale intends to award a contract to the highest rank firm, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. If the City is not able to negotiate a satisfactory contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., the City will formally terminate negotiations and undertake negotiations with the next most qualified firm on the final list, in sequence, until an agreement is reached or a determination is made to reject all firms. The final list as follows: 1. Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. 2. Olsson 3. Spectrum Engineers. We appreciate your interest and invite your response to other solicitations that may be offered in the future.

Question: Since there are four (4) project focus areas as part of this project, can the City clarify which project(s) should be reflected in Section E. Project Schedule?
Response: The schedule would reflect the completed design of all 4 areas. If you want to create a schedule for each area, that will be acceptable as well.
