Question: In addition to the subcontractor data report form, do the subcontractors need to fill out any of the section 6 required forms?
Response: No, but adequate information should be provided about subconsultants in their proposal. Section Two, Proposal Format (B) should be titled "Firm/Team Qualifications and Experience" and will be revised accordingly. Information about any subconsultants should be provided in this section, as well as on subcontractor data form; however, the contract will be between the County and the prime consultant.
