Description:
The City of Griffin is seeking a qualified firm to provide
design/build services for the design and construction of a new combined Public
Works and Watershed Management operations facility to be located off of North
Hill Street, north of Thomas Drive, at the former Spalding Concrete site according
to the requirements of the solicitation contained herein. The site is owned by
the City.
Services include all aspects related to designing and
constructing the facility including, but not limited to:
Electrical (panels, telephone, computer, cameras), HVAC,
insulation, and plumbing in building design.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/22/2021 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.***A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday April 22nd, 2021 at 2:00 pm at 1120 N Hill St. Griffin, Ga 30223. Prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid conference to be eligible to bid on the project.
