The City of Woodstock, Georgia,
herein referred to as the City, is soliciting qualifications from experienced
professional services firms with wastewater treatment plant and pump/lift
station operational experience, with the intent to reach an agreement with a
qualified firm for ongoing operational management of the Rubes Creek Water
Pollution Control Plant (NPDES GA 0026263 Coosa River Basin), as well as
ongoing operational management of 20 pump/lift stations, and for the purpose of investing more resources into the
WWTP and pump station operations in such a way as to significantly increase
support of the operations.
