Description:
The
Main Street Academy invites you to submit a proposal for school janitorial and facility
maintenance services. Proposals
must be received at the school’s office no later than 2:00
p.m. EDT on Monday, March 22,
2021. Proposals submitted should be based upon the proposal instructions and conditions, recognizing all provisions, scope
of work and delivery requirements as provided in this
RFP.
The
Main Street Academy intends to award a fixed
price type contract. The contract shall be for a period, starting on or about May 1, 2021 and ending on June
30, 2022, and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to four (4) years after the
original contract.
