Description: Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified Florida licensed Underground Utility or General Contractors for the installation of drainage improvements as indicated within the bid package. The project is located in Navarre, Florida. The East Bay Boulevard Culvert Upgrade project will include pond excavation, installation of underground storm pipe and related structures, roadway construction, sidewalk construction, as well as other similar type items as indicated in the bid package.
