Description: This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Dawson County from qualified and licensed individuals/firms to assist with strategically planning, designing and negotiating the best coverage and cost for selective employee benefit programs. This Request for Proposals, hereafter known as RFP, is not an authorization to approach insurers or other underwriting sources on behalf of the County. We specifically request that no insurance market contact or solicitation be made on behalf of Dawson County at this time and that no insurance market reservations or commitments be made for any purpose as respects any insurance or reinsurance to be provided for the County.

A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this RFP. All questions/comments that may arise from this invitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to the Purchasing Manager at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org no later than October 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. All questions and answers will be posted to the County website and the Georgia Procurement Registry no later than October 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m
