Description: The City of Framingham, Massachusetts acting through its Assessors invites proposals from qualified firms to provide the provision of a complete revaluation of all personal property in the City of Framingham for implementation in Fiscal Year 2024. Additionally, the contractor will provide collection and valuation services in Fiscal Years 2025 and 2026.The contractor will provide City options for the renewal of the contract for an additional two (2) years, for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028, at the price as quoted for FY2026
