To provide the County with their services
for the purposes of complying with the rules issued by the U. S. Department of
Transportation at 49 CFR Parts 382, 391, 392, and 40, in regard to drug and
alcohol breath testing for current and prospective employees who operate
commercial motor vehicles in the course of County employment and who are
subject to commercial driver’s license requirements.
To provide the County with their services for the purposes of complying with the rules issued by the U. S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) at 49 CFR Parts 29, 40 and 655, as amended, in regard to governing workplace anti-drug and alcohol programs in the transit industry.
To provide the County with their services for the purposes of compliance with the County’s Wellness Incentive Program in regard to nicotine testing for current employees.
