Description: Notice is hereby given that Eastern New Mexico University, herein “Owner”, will accept sealed offers from qualified Contractors who can provide general construction services in the trade fields such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, concrete and roofing construction category and who can perform modifications, general repair, maintenance and/or minor construction located on the main campus of the University. The indefinite quantity small dollar projects will not exceed the Public Works limit of sixty thousand. The contractor will be responsible having made an on-site inspection of the premises and all other conditions affecting the cost and/or execution of the work, in accordance with said documents.
