Description: SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center (DFWBCC) is seeking qualified proposers to provide 2 (two) portable LED screen systems that can be configured into multiple sizes and dimensions or combined into one large screen.
We are seeking the most cost-effective screen systems for primary use in our largest ballroom which is 21,200 sq ft. (223 ft x 95 ft). The screen systems may also be used in smaller ballrooms, as well as in similarly confined outdoor area.
SPECIFICATIONS (required):
The specifications listed herein are the minimum expected by DFWBCC. Proposer’s product may exceed these specifications. If proposer has multiple products that meet these qualifications, DFWBCC requests those products be listed on the bid form for consideration so the Convention Center can decide which best suits its needs.
Each portable LED screen system shall be portable and include:
• P3.9 or better outdoor LED screen
• 3000 X 5000 mm (minimum each & combined large screen minimum of 4000 X 7500 mm)
• 500 x 500 mm panels or comparable
• Data and power cables
• Processor (for each)
• Hanging bars for screens
• Spanset for hanging screen bars
• Safety shackles 5/8”
• Hardware for ground support use
• Storage cases for all equipment
• Two spare panels minimum each
• One day training session for two employees - held at DFWBCC or vendor’s business
• Warranty - minimum two years included
• NO remote access functionality needed; NO internet connectivity needed
