Description:

The project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, permits and incidentals necessary to prepare the current roof surface and complete the installation of a new weather and watertight High Performance Ethylene Interpolymer (KEE) Roofing membrane system on the Highlands County Annex Building located at 501 S. Commerce Ave, Sebring Florida. The roof is approximately 11,700 Sq. Ft.  The project includes raising (1) A/C unit to meet new building code and installing a safety rail around the roof access hatch.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at 501 s. Commerce Ave, Sebring, FL 33870. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project with County staff and the Engineer. The County will only accept bid submittals from bidders that are represented during the entire pre-bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet as primary Bidders. The public is invited to attend this meeting. Arrival after 10:00 A. M. will be noted on the sign-in sheet, and Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that were late.
