City of Raton, New Mexico

Train Depot Site Civil Improvements Project

Competitive sealed bids will be received by the City of Raton, for the Train Depot Site Civil Improvements Project for IFB N^o. 2021-0513.

Project Description: Parking lot improvements, such as, site grading, subgrade preparation, base course, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete edger, concrete cut-off wall, concrete valley gutter and rundown, pavement markings, concrete manhole collars and landscape gravel.

Bids will be received at 224 Savage Avenue (hand delivery) or P.O. Box 910 (mail delivery), Raton, NM 87740 until June 2, 2021, 3:00 p.m. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) and is subject to requirements for federally funded projects through FHWA.
