Okeechobee County, Florida Request for Proposals for the Acquisition of Building only Located at 2570 NW 16th Blvd (lots 16 & 17) 
in the Okeechobee County Commerce Park - RFP #2019-13.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit for the purchase of the Building on the Site and Land Lease for Lots 16, 17 (approximately 4.88 acres). The County is seeking Proposals that offer the greatest opportunity for the highest and best use of the Site at the highest benefit to the County, as more specifically defined within the proposal. The Project poses a unique opportunity for a public-private partnership to establish a catalyst for economic development in the greater Okeechobee and south Florida markets.  The Proposals will be for a 26,975 square foot, one-story garage type building physically located in the Okeechobee County Airport Commerce Park at 2570 NW 16th Blvd., Okeechobee, Florida. (the “Site”).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A site tour is anticipated to be scheduled July 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at 2570 NW 16th Blvd, Okeechobee, FL 34972 for the 26,975 square foot, one-story garage type building physically located in the Okeechobee County Airport Commerce Park at 2570 NW 16th Blvd., Okeechobee, Florida.
