Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, March 31, 2020, when bid packages will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Please note Bid #1126 on the outside of the sealed envelope.  The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
