OF:
NW 74th ST (WS-0144)
Furnish and Install 16-inch HDPE Water Main (HDD) &
2-inch HDPE Force Main from NW
74th Avenue to east of NW 69th Avenue
The Contractor must furnish all
supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and perform all operations
required to construct the Town of Medley Capital Improvements in accordance
with the Contract Documents and as described in the Construction Plans.
Work includes, but is not limited to, furnish
and install 16-inch HDPE water main (HDD), 2-inch HDPE sewage force main
and associated pavement restoration along 74th Street from NW 74th Avenue to east
of NW 69th Avenue.
Contractor shall be responsible for
complying with the requirements of all regulatory agencies and applicable laws;
coordination with all impacted utility owners; and complying with the
requirements of the Town of Medley and Miami-Dade County.

Question: On Attachment 01 WS-0144_Invitation to Bid Page 4, it indicates that the pre-bid shall be April 22nd at 11am in the Council Chambers. However, on the actual website for this solicitation it indicates a Pre-Bid Meeting date of April 22nd at 3pm. It also indicates that pre-bid meeting details will be issued as an addendum. Could you please advise which meeting is correct? Also, is the Pre-Bid meeting mandatory.
Response: The meeting will be held at 11:00am on 4/22/2021 at the Town Hall located at 7777 NW 72 Ave., 2nd Floor, Medley, FL 33166. The meeting is not mandatory.
