Project Description and Scope of Work

The plan will be executed according to the nine required elements outlined by the EPA. Owing much to the enduring relationships the LCOG has cultivated as a regional planning agency, we can begin engaging stakeholders immediately to initiate the planning process.   LCOG staff will be fully involved throughout the process and will prepare write the final plan document; the consultants will provide technical/professional assistance and leadership, as needed in the elements below.
