Description: The County seeks a qualified contractor to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for roof repair and replacement services. The Services shall include but is not limited to, corrective maintenance repair, testing, leak investigation, retrofit, replacement services, as well as waterproofing planters, decks, plazas, canopies, patios, green roof, and all other associated roof services (up to $750,000 per project) on as-needed basis. Work shall be performed at various Arlington County leased and owned facilities.
