Description: It is the intention of the Spartanburg School District 2 (the "Owner") to select one contractor to provide expertise to the Owner in Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services (“CM at Risk”) for the construction of a proposed new maintenance office site, a transportation site and an Upstate Family Resource Center, as described in Section II. This work shall be performed pursuant to an AIA form contract as modified by the Owner, with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
