Description: On September 16, 2020, Hurricane Sally made landfall as a Category 2 storm in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Because Escambia County, Florida is on the east side of, and directly adjacent to, the landfall location, significant damages to the existing infrastructure occurred. As a result of these damages, Escambia County is requesting engineering services to design and implement the repair of these damages, consistent with the requirements for FEMA reimbursement for a location on Brickyard Road.
