Description:
The intent of this solicitation and resulting agreement is to
obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive
pre-Medicare medical, vision, prescription drug, and dental benefits for County
employees, retirees, their eligible dependents and COBRA participants, and to
operate an onsite employee clinic.
Up to two (2) contracts may be awarded under this RFP.
Offerors may submit a proposal for
Medical Plan Services or Dental Plan Services, or both:

Plan Services. Self-insured dental plan benefits
may be offered as a standalone proposal or as an additional proposal that
accompanies Medical Plan Services.
