It is anticipated that the contractor will begin by repairing the affected stucco. The contractor will then paint all four (4) exterior elevations. 

The construction duration shall be no more than 30 days.

The project consists of returning the facility to its pre-loss configuration using contemporary materials of like kind and quality. 

Work shall be performed during normal business hours. Repairs shall be performed in a code compliant manner.
