REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS #1326
NATURAL GAS SYSTEM COMPREHENSIVE RATE STUDY
The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified consultant to assist with a comprehensive rate study that will include the development of a financial plan and calculation of rates needed to meet the revenue requirements of the system. The study will provide the City with the data it needs to maintain its financial sustainability.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time. All proposals must be delivered to the City Recorder’s office, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172. Please reference “RFQ #1326 Natural Gas System Comprehensive Rate Study” on the outside of the sealed envelope.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposal received. The City reserves the right to terminate with any firm due to personnel changes. The City reserves the right to negotiate a final contract that is in the best interest of the City.
