Proposals for the qualifications to provide Energy Services for comprehensive energy management and energy-related capital improvement services as authorized under Section 5. of the Code (50 ILCS 515-1) at the Quincy Regional Airport will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2020.
