Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2019 for the purpose of purchasing office supplies for the City of Quincy.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids.  The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.
