Description: Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit sealed proposals from licensed, qualified vendors to assist with strategically planning, designing and negotiating the best coverage and cost for selective employee benefits. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org. Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 before 1:00 p.m., September 13, 2017. All answers will be posted to website no later than September 19, 2017, by 3:00PM, EST on, 2017. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner. Sealed proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM on September 28, 2017. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address. Commission, fees or price shall not be included in any of the technical submittal. This will be cause for disqualification and submission shall be considered as non-responsive. The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will not be a pre-submittal conference for this solicitation.
