Description: The City of Framingham (“the City”) will be accepting competitive sealed bids through Vendor registry for Concrete Stair Repairs at their King Elementary School facility located at 454 Water Street in Framingham, MA to begin July 1, 2022 and completed no later than August 19, 2022. This project includes providing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the scope of work, including, but not limited to, demolition, removal and disposal of existing concrete and steel materials, waste, and debris cleanup; installation of formwork, reinforcing, and embedded steel items; preparation of surfaces and cavities, placement of concrete; and cleaning, painting and reinstalling existing railings.
