Question: Dear Rio Rancho Public Schools, I have a question for specification # 12-8-23. We are located in Texas. So, we don't have New Mexico State Business License. In Item 1 of specification doc said that the bidder shall submit the documents listed in Item # 1. But, we don't have the documents that is issued by New Mexico State. Can we submit the document that is issued by the State of Texas?
