Description: The County wishes to employ a Contractor to conduct certain activities pertaining to the collection, identification, packaging, manifesting and transportation (to a permitted Transfer Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facility) for recycling, treatment and disposal of household chemicals collected through amnesty day type events and or regular operation of the County’s Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility. The County desires to select a Contractor for these services after review and evaluation of bidders, which are in response to the Invitation To Bid.
